Slidematic Precision Components is cold-header manufacturer located in Rockford, IL that produces a wide range of custom fasteners to our diverse customer base. Privately held and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified, Slidematic has the capability to process parts ranging from (but not limited to) .030” to 1.725” diameters with lengths up to 14” under the head in a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. We pride ourselves on being a Value-Added Manufacturer in that we provide our customers with complete fastener management programs, consignment and Kanban inventory programs, vendor consolidation programs, engineering assistance, lot control, laser sorting, warehousing and much more. In 2009 Slidematic completed a record sales year despite the difficult environment and are on pace to complete another one in 2010. A third generation family owned business, Slidematic’s ownership is actively involved in the day-to-day operations and continues to reinvest in the company.
