PC Systems is a manufacturer of electrical connector systems and wiring harnesses for OEM’s throughout the U.S. and abroad. Our manufacturing plant is located in Ridgway, Pennsylvania. We are privately held, ISO 9001:2008 certified, and run two manufacturing shifts with the capabilities to produce a wide variety of harnesses and connector systems in medium and small volumes. Typical harnesses have connectors and contacts produced by Packard Electric, American Yazaki, Cannon and many other manufacturers. Our plant features state-of-the-art wire processing equipment including a Komax 433 high speed, fully automatic lead maker, with hot stamp and micro flame soldering capability. This machine allows us to cut, strip, and terminate wire all without introducing any labor cost. In addition, we do custom molding at our manufacturing plant. This molding is done on horizontal machines and can include special electronic hardware that needs to be attached to the harness or it can include custom electrical connectors in medium to small volumes. Contacts can be spaced as needed and these contacts can also interface with other standard circular style connector systems.

Wire Processing

• Single conductor wire - 4/0 AWG through 28 AWG, multi-Conductor wire - Up to 1 ½” diameter, flat and round braided wire

Molded Cable Assemblies

• One of our product specialties, we can overmold cables and connectors to created reliable interconnects for rugged environments

  • Two - 30 Ton Autojector thermoplastic injection molders with auto feed and material dryers
  • One- 10 Ton Autojector, rotary table thermoplastic injection molder
• We offer cost effective alternatives to expensive metal shell connectors
  • Our military equivalent plastic connectors are fully inter-mate able to the standard metal shell connectors and can survive in conditions where metal cannot.
