Avalon Precision Castings is an investment foundry located in Brook Park, OH just a few miles from Cleveland-Hopkins Airport. Avalon is a privately held, IS0 9001:2008 certified, ITAR registered, PED certified company that pours ferrous and non-ferrous alloys out of their state-of-the-art facility. Our plant features automatic and semi-automatic wax molding equipment as well as a VA-Tek robotic shell system. These two combined allow us to offer competitive pricing and industry leading lead times. Our parts typically range from a few ounces up to 60 lbs. We have import capabilities as well and will provide offshore tooling or finished casting pricing by request. Rapid Prototyping is an area of our business that is becoming extremely popular within our customer base. We are routinely providing RP parts to customers on average for around $250 each. This is a process we encourage customers to utilize as it is a great way to get samples quickly and economically. Avalon’s ownership is committed to growing the business and is continuously re-investing in the company.
